Toby’s Inlet Estate residents and the management team had an enjoyable day out at the magnificent Aravina Estate. Nestled in the north corner of the Margaret River premium wine-growing region, Aravina provided a picturesque and relaxing setting for our end of 2021 gathering. Aside from the delicious food and sensational wines, the estate provided beautiful grounds and attractions for us to peruse on our day out. Aravina is just one of the many renowned wineries that make the southwest such an enticing place to live. The lunch was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the end of the year together whilst also updating the current residents on upcoming Toby’s Inlet Estate developments for 2022. Toby’s wants to thank again its founding residents as we have appreciated seeing this vibrant community grow over the last 12-18 months. We look forward to welcoming even more residents into our village next year with the completion of ten new homes. The 2022 Toby’s Christmas celebration will be hosted in our newly completed community facilities!

We have been delighted to welcome 3 new couples to Toby’s Inlet Estate Dunsborough over the last couple of months.

We are thrilled to have such great residents and we look forward to many fun years ahead.

Our stage 1 Facility Program has now been amended to include Dunsborough’s first indoor heated swimming pool.
Planning is now approved by the City of Busselton! Toby’s Inlet Estate will be looking to commence building it’s first stage of premier facilities immediately.
The first stage of facilities at Toby’s will provide a world class community centre for existing and future residents.
